All our garments are made to order, so please allow 1-2 weeks for us to create your garment.
If you require an item sooner please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Shipping Terms and Conditions
We ship with Transglobal express to ship all online orders from our workshop in Kilmarnock, Scotland. We aim to ship all orders once complete the next business day. However during busy periods it may take longer.

** The shipping fee or order total does not include customs, taxes and duties this will be charged accordingly by customs in your own country, based on the order value of your shipment (see below for further information).
Customs and import fees?
When goods are imported into a different country or customs territory, there is a charge called Customs Duty that must apply. This is charged by local customs authority where goods are being imported into.
If Customs Duty is payable to your territory, you will be responsible for paying it to the authorities before receipt of you order. Rainford Apparel Ltd is not liable for Custom Duty Fees.
Whether duties are payable, and how much, depends on a variety of factors. For example, many countries have a “low value threshold” below which they do not charge import duties.
If you do have to pay Customs Duty, the amount payable is usually calculated based on the value of the goods and the type of goods being imported. Rainford Apparel Ltd will not undervalue orders or mark them as gifts.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the costs may be. It may be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order so that you are not suprised by charges you were not expecting.
Please note, your order will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service. Our courier will contact you in advance of delivering the goods.
What happens if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order please contact our support team at info@rainfordapparel.com straight away and they will be able to help you. Please contact us within 7 days of not receiving your parcels as this ensures and investigation is opened with the courier and will help resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Our returns policy
Our web store returns policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. However, you will be responsible for the cost & safe return of the items to us. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. Please inform us of your intention to return the goods by emailing us at info@rainfordapparel.com
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit. Please note – the above information relates only to returns on goods purchased through the Rainford Apparel website.
