ABOUT THE HANDMADE PROCESS Handmade using traditional coat-making techniques. CHALKING THE CLOTH Rainwear patterns are marked out with tailors chalk onto rubber bonded cotton cloth. CUTTING WITH SHEARS Once the raincoat pattern is marked onto the rubber bonded cotton, the tailor cuts the design out using tailors shears. GLUING THE SEAMS Glue is applied to trimming parts and sewn seams are glued in preparation for the rubber backed cotton sealing tape. TAPING THE SEAMS A rubber backed cotton tape is fixed down over the glued seam. ROLL WITH SEAM ROLLER Taped seams are then rolled flat using the seam roller wheel. FINISH WITH CLEANER WHEEL Excess glue is then removed from the taped seams, and the raincoat is ready to protect against the wet weather elements. SHOP ONLINE Mens and Womens sizes available.
