We delivery with Transglobal Express to ship all our online orders.
UK delivery is £15 and once the product (the raincoat) is complete and ready to ship, we aim to deliver within 1-2 business days.
INTERNATIONAL delivery is £25 and once the product(the raincoat) is complete and ready to ship, we aim to deliver within 3-7 business days.
Should there be a delay or any issue with your delivery, please contact info@rainfordapparel.com for help in resolving the problem.
All deliveries to locations outside of the UK are shipped with VAT & Duties included.
This means you do not need to pay any extra VAT & Duties to receive your order.
RAINFORD APPAREL will pay all applicable import duties, local sales taxes and clearance fees.

You can return items to us for exchange or refund within 14days of receipt, provided the items are in the original resalable condition.
Please notify us of your return at info@rainfordapparel.com and we will email you a pre-paid returns label.
We offer free Returns and Exchanges for our UK customers.
As the orders are made for each individual order, exchanges, for example; an alternative size, will be treated as a ‘new’ order and will be placed into (at the time/date of exchange process) the workshops current production timetable. We will confirm delivery of an exchange with you at the time of such an event.

Return charges will be deducted from your final refund. International Returns are charged at £10.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and packaging if applicable.
All items must be in original, resalable condition.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
If you are shipping yourself, please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
If outside the UK, you must attach 3 copies of customs invoice to the outside of the parcel to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied.
If you are shipping yourself, please ensure that the “Returned Goods” option is ticked on the customs declaration form, to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied.
We are not responsible for any import charges and taxes due to incorrect or missing paperwork.
